At Moulades, we specialize in custom logo design and branding services. Because all of our work is personalized and created specifically for each client, we have a clear refund policy outlined below.

1. Custom Design Services

All of our services are custom-made and tailored to each client’s needs. For this reason, refunds are generally not available once work has started.

2. Before Work Begins

If you request a cancellation before we begin working on your project, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once the design process has started, refunds will no longer be possible.

3. After Work Has Started

Once we have begun creating concepts, researching, or designing your project:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • You will still receive the completed work based on your selected package
  • Revisions may be used to adjust the design according to your feedback

4. Completed Orders

Once a project has been delivered and approved by the client:

  • The order is considered final
  • No refunds or chargebacks are accepted after final approval

5. Dissatisfaction

We aim to deliver high-quality results that match your expectations. If you are not satisfied:

  • You are encouraged to request revisions included in your package
  • We will work with you to improve the design within the agreed scope

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in rare situations such as:

  • Technical failure on our side preventing project completion
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
