At Moulades, all of our products and services are 100% digital. This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your design files and what you can expect after placing an order.

1. Digital Delivery Only

We do not ship any physical products. All logo designs, branding assets, and related files are delivered electronically via email or download link.

2. Delivery Time

• Delivery time depends on the selected package and project complexity.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase.
• Custom revisions or additional requests may extend the delivery timeframe.

3. Delivery Method

Once your design is completed, you will receive your final files through one or more of the following:

• Email delivery
• Download link (Google Drive or similar platform)
• Direct Shopify/website account download (if applicable)

4. File Formats

Final deliverables may include:

• PNG (transparent background)
• JPG
• PDF
• SVG or vector files (depending on package)

5. Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation. Work on your project will begin according to your package and queue order.

6. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Late client feedback or missing information
• Revision requests
• High order volume periods

We always do our best to communicate any delays in advance.

7. No Physical Shipping

Since all services are digital, no shipping fees, customs duties, or physical delivery charges apply.
