1. Services

Moulades provides professional logo design and branding services, including custom logo creation, brand identity design, and related digital design services. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time without notice.
• Once an order is confirmed, production will begin according to the selected package.

3. Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on the package and project complexity.
• We aim to deliver all projects within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to revisions or client response time.
• Final files are delivered in digital format only (e.g., PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF where applicable).

4. Revisions

• Each package includes a specific number of revisions.
• Additional revisions outside the package scope may incur extra charges.
• Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where no work has been started. Once the design process begins, refunds are not available.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights to the final approved design.
• Moulades retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information for their projects. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not the responsibility of Moulades.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moulades is not responsible for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. All designs are provided “as is” after final approval.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updated terms.
